Compassionate Therapy

Older man with white hair and blue eyes wearing a blue shirt outdoors.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a Level 3 IFSI-trained therapist, I specialize in helping individuals navigate their inner worlds with curiosity rather than judgment. By identifying and unburdening the different 'parts' of your personality, we work together to cultivate Self-energy. My goal is to help you move through life with a grounded sense of calm, confidence, and creative clarity.

My therapeutic approach is based on the core principles of the therapies in my eclectic background. The core principles are (1) the assertion that each person possesses a healthy inner core, a deeper connection to the Self, and (2) that sharing one's inner qualities with others allows one to discover the benefits of this connection to the Self. And (3) that while fulfillment and happiness are not guaranteed in life, meaning and a sense of purpose are available regardless of circumstances.

Licensed in California, Idaho, and Nevada.
